"The reason we are doing this is for 2 incredible causes. The St Anne's Hospice aswell as the St David's Foundation, each of whom will recieve 50% of the money raised. Both are very similar and provide an equally valuable service.
Both provide palliative care and support to the people of Gwent who have a progressive, life limiting disease. You can see just how important each hospice's work is at their websites (click their pictures or see under links).
Our target is £1,000 which can do an awful lot so please do what you can!"

Jon along with his brother Geraint, of TheVodfather Newport, will be leaving Bassaleg Post Office on the 25th of November by bike. They'll be heading to Ireland... or more specifically the General Post Office which can be seen below. They will cycle every leg of the way, except when water becomes a bit of a problem. You can see their plan under 'The Event'.
They will also take pictures of the journey which you'll be able to find in the Post Office (Bassaleg, dont worry you dont need to travel to Ireland); & also on this website!
